Supervision

I am beyond grateful for the supervisors and mentors who have shaped my training and development. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to support other clinicians as they grow into their clinical skin as well.

I provide supervision for new clinicians. This includes setting the framework of therapy, supporting therapists in developing their own style and voice, and answering nuts and bolts questions about the therapy process. These conversations also include a deeper dive and integration into some of the clinical theory that influences my style (i.e., attachment, psychodynamic, somatic, IFS).

Please note: All therapists with provisional licenses will need to check with their respective licensing boards to see what requirements are needed for a formal supervisor.

My style of supervision centers around providing a steady, empathic container in which the newly developing therapist can feel emotionally held.

In turn, the therapist can hold their own clients with an ever expanding capacity.
